Urs Breu likes working at Ergon. As he says himself, thanks to the trust shown by his co-workers and managers, he enjoys enormous freedom within the bounds of his job. “Developing solutions creatively is not a black-and-white process. You’re often dealing with lots of shades of grey. My team brings an inventive business spirit to work every single day, and that’s one of the things I enjoy the most.”
“My team consists of independent, self-motivated mini-entrepreneurs.”
As part of our #weloveit campaign, we’re profiling 21 of our 350 employees from a range of departments. We asked them what they do, what inspires and motivates them, and why they like working at Ergon.
