My 10 years at Ergon? Anything but boring.
22.09.2021
Kathrin Scheidemann likes the team spirit at Ergon, as well as the huge variety of the work. She co-develops software in addition to being a project manager. In her ten years with the company she has fitted in having children and a sabbatical at Berkeley, but has always remained true to the Ergon family.
"I develop, lead projects, and raise my children at the same time. Thanks to Ergon I can live out my full potential."
As part of our #weloveit campaign, we’re profiling 21 of our 350 employees from a range of departments. We asked them what they do, what inspires and motivates them, and why they like working at Ergon.
