From trainee to trainer.
13.10.2021
As a project manager, Marco Fritschi sees his job as tuning in to what the customer really wants, and advising them on how best we can make that a reality. He is also in charge of in-company training for the generation of tomorrow. He finds it very satisfying to watch how trainees at Ergon grow and forge their own paths.
"It's great to see how each trainee is supported and challenged individually. That's precisely what makes the training at Ergon so special."
As part of our #weloveit campaign, we’re profiling 21 of our 350 employees from a range of departments. We asked them what they do, what inspires and motivates them, and why they like working at Ergon.
