The Arts Society: A vision for a hybrid future
The Arts Society is a leading arts education charity with a global network of local societies, bringing together over 90,000 members through a shared curiosity for the arts and preservation of artistic heritage.
The organisation tasked Ergon with improving the existing digital operations and discovering possible shortcomings within the current IT landscape. To that end, they required a comprehensive enterprise architecture analysis, focusing on improvements related to data, applications and user experience. In addition, a three-year roadmap detailing this digital transformation were to be created.
