SMG event: Succession as an opportunity for management innovation

On February 1, 2017, the Schweizerische Management Gesellschaft held a Leadership Meeting with 60 participants in our company. At this event, the Ergon succession process and its potential for management innovation was examined from various perspectives, both from a practical and a research perspective.
