VBZ: Providing advice for the Züri Linie.

Alongside the SBB, the VBZ is the largest provider of transport services within the Zurich transportation network (ZVV).

Ergon worked in partnership with the VBZ in an advisory role between 2005 and 2013, offering support in the acquisition of the ZVV’s S-POS system. This project involved a number of stages, such as identifying technical interfaces, implementing various reports and software prototypes, conducting system tests, and advising on all IT-related issues, with a particular focus on mobile data communication and security.
